What is Sheep's milk?
- Sheep's milk is milk from sheep. Commonly used to make different shop cheeses.
- Sheep's milk contains 4 - 8 % lactose. Sheep's milk also contains Lactococcus lactis, although much of the friendly bacteria may have been killed off in the homogenization and pasteurization process.
- An intolerance to this item may indicate gut biome, yeast, and fungi imbalance, an inflamed digestive system, or a sensitivity to lactose.
