Do you believe starting an elimination diet and incorporating more probiotics into my diet would be the best way to try to get my Gut Biome back into balance?

My gut biome is red and I have GI issues.
It appears I have a moderate-high deficiency of Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Streptomyces, and Streptococcus Thermophilus - is this corrected by taking supplements? If so, what dosage/frequency?
Test results show I am deficient in three strains. I have been researching commercial probiotic products and can’t find Streptomyces or Bacillus Coagulans in any of them. Where do I find them?
