Cow milk (Should I avoid all dairy products?)
Cow's milk has a different composition than other dairy products, for example, cow's milk can contain between 10% of lactose, whereas cheese may only contain 1%. They totally very in compositions, however omitting dairy for a period of 6 - 8 weeks may help.
