Do my results mean that I have a gluten intolerance?
Gluten intolerance
As far as a "gluten intolerance/allergy" categorically, you would need to determine this through a blood sample done at varying different blood analysis labs.
We test the cellular composition via your hair sample. Body cells reproduce and replicate daily, we test your hair sample (made up of your body cells) against the whole cellular structure of each food/drink item. Different grains and cereals have varying levels of gluten and other components. Another component which many people have a hidden sensitivity to is a component called "gliadin" which is commonly found in glutenous grains and cereals.
We do not test for "gluten" specifically but more the whole cellular nature of the grain or cereal. You will find each cereal and grain listed in sections under the reds, oranges or greens.
