Do sea vegetables include Dulse? I am sensitive to iodine. Can I assume that is in all sea vegetables? where else would iodine lurk?
Please be mindful of the environmental toxins and/or heavy metals stating "iodine" - this is NOT the same as the iodine nutrient. The heavy metals of iodine are a burnt-down composition that is commonly found in detergents and hand gels and types of antibacterial products. More information can be found on the portal.
