Fox Epithelium
What is Fox Epithelium and where is it found?
Fox epithelium or fox dander, is present in coats and skin of fox which are used as decorative in houses.
Why do I have an inflammatory reaction to Fox Epithelium?
An inflammatory reaction to epithelial cells or dander could be due to the proteins that can be inflammatory to some people. When these proteins become airborne, they can be inhaled or come into contact with the skin, triggering sensitivities in some individuals.
What can I do about it?
To minimize the inflammatory response, avoid materials made from Fox Epithelium or Fox dander.
