What is Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA)?
GABA is a neurotransmitter that inhibits excessive brain activity, promoting relaxation and reducing anxiety. It is naturally produced in the brain and found in some fermented foods, such as kimchi, yogurt, and certain teas. GABA supplements are often used for stress relief and sleep support.
