How can my body be tolerable in one form and inflammatory in another form? I'm red for almond yogurt, orange for almond milk and almond flour, and green for almonds.

If I can just explain the way we test then it may help shed some light on terms of this question. We test the atom molecular structure of your hair sample first and then we are able to understand what the epigenetic response is. Our biotechnology is already pre-programmed with the atom molecular structure of each item we test. Now while the changes here may be small or the items may come from the same "source" they can still bear relevance to a person's epigenetic "threshold." Molecular atom structure simply means the way it looks is different and therefore can equally react differently and be digested in the body differently. For example; almond milk is a liquid and almonds are a solid as a starting point. In chemistry, the atom particulars are further dispersed in liquid than solid primarily. Secondly, almond milk contains more water and has been through a refining process which may be rendering it inflammatory for you. In addition, the other reason could be that if that particular item has been over-consumed then this could also trigger an inflammatory response in the body. This doesn't mean that intolerances cannot be healed. Unlike allergies, intolerances can be healed within a period of 6 - 8 weeks by mostly abstaining from that particular item. This is the natural cell healing process that the body undergoes. An analogy to help with this theory; is when we break or injure ourselves (such as a broken bone which is effectively millions of cells) the body requires rest and reparation and removing any irritation to allow the body to heal. In the same capacity, as we are testing cellular health the same theory can apply here.
