How to Read Your Results
Understanding your categories
Food & Drinks
🟢 Level 1 - Enjoy
Based on your sample, food & beverages in this level appear to be well tolerated at this time. They are generally supportive and may remain part of your routine, provided there are no known allergies or diagnosed medical conditions.
Please note for foods & drinks is level 1: If you have a known allergy or medical condition related to a specific food, do not consume that item, regardless of what appears in your results. You can read more about the difference between allergies below.
🟡 Level 2 - Go Easy
Based on your sample, foods & beverages in this level may be less well tolerated at this time. These food & drinks items may be tolerated in small amounts or rotation, but could become problematic if consumed frequently. Think: “occasionally, not daily.”
🔴 Level 3 - Best to Limit
These are the food & drink items most likely creating stress for you right now. This doesn’t mean “never again,” it means your body may be asking for a break to recalibrate.
Important: Sensitivities are dynamic, not permanent. As your gut, exposure levels, immune load, and nervous system improve, these responses often may change dramatically or gradually.
Lifestyle Exposures (Environmental, Household & Metal Items)
⚪ Level 0 – No Notable Exposure
Based on your sample, lifestyle exposures in this level showed no notable response. This does not necessarily indicate that the exposure is beneficial or “good,” only that no notable response was detected in your sample at this time.
🟡 Level 2 – Be Mindful of Exposure
Based on your sample, lifestyle exposures in this level showed a mild response at this time. Being mindful of exposure may be helpful. These exposures may contribute to stress on your system depending on frequency, duration, or intensity. While they may be tolerated in small or occasional amounts, repeated or prolonged exposure could increase overall load. Think: “awareness and moderation.” Simple adjustments, such as reducing frequency, improving ventilation, or limiting contact time, may be helpful.
🔴 Level 3 – Reduce Exposure Where Possible
Based on your sample, lifestyle exposures in this level showed a stronger response at this time. Reducing exposure may be beneficial. This does not mean complete avoidance is always necessary, but reducing exposure where practical may help support recalibration and overall balance.
Important: Responses to lifestyle exposures are dynamic, not permanent. As your environment, exposure levels, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness improve, these patterns may change gradually or significantly over time.
Nutrition (Vitamins, Minerals & Fatty Acids)
🟢 Level 1 — Adequate
Based on your sample, nutrients in this level currently appear to be within an adequate range at this time. No immediate action is required, and these nutrients are generally being supported through your current diet and lifestyle.
🟡 Level 2 — May Need Support
Based on your sample, nutrients in this level showed a lower response at this time and may benefit from additional dietary focus or supportive strategies. This may include prioritizing food sources rich in these nutrients or making small, intentional adjustments to support overall balance.
🔴 Level 3 — Support Recommended
Based on your sample, nutrients in this level showed a significantly lower response at this time and may benefit from more intentional nutritional support. This does not indicate a diagnosis, but rather suggests an opportunity to support your body through targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Gut Wellness (Probiotic Biome Data & Digestive Enzymes)
🟢 Level 1 — Within Range
Based on your sample, digestive enzymes and probiotics in this level currently appear to be within an adequate range at this time. No immediate action is required, and these functions are generally being supported through your current diet and lifestyle.
🟡 Level 2 — Slightly Below Range
Based on your sample, digestive enzymes and probiotics in this level appear slightly below range and may benefit from additional support at this time. This may include dietary adjustments, food timing considerations, or supportive strategies to help maintain digestive balance.
🔴 Level 3 — Below Range
Based on your sample, digestive enzymes and probiotics in this level appear below range and may benefit from more focused or intentional support at this time. This does not indicate a diagnosis, but rather highlights an opportunity to provide additional digestive support through nutrition and lifestyle-based strategies.
Gut Wellness (Yeast & Fungi)
🟢 Level 1 — Within Range
Based on your sample, yeast and fungi in this level currently appear to be within range at this time. No immediate action is required.
🟡 Level 2 — Slightly Elevated

🔴 Level 3 — Elevated
Based on your sample, yeast and fungi in this level appear elevated and may benefit from more focused or intentional rebalancing strategies at this time. This does not indicate a diagnosis, but rather highlights an opportunity to support balance through nutrition and lifestyle-based approaches.
FAQS
Why you might react to one food but not a similar one?
A common question is:
“Why do I react to spelt but not white wheat?”
(or dairy A but not dairy B, fruit X but not fruit Y)
This usually comes down to:
-
Protein structure (not food groups)
-
Digestive enzyme capacity
-
Gut barrier integrity
-
Total immune load
The body doesn’t see foods as labels — it may respond to specific molecular patterns. That’s why two foods that look similar on paper can feel very different in our bodies.
Did you know that you can click on any red or orange item in your interactive results to explore more information about its structure?
4. How to use your results (the right way)
The goal is reduction of stress, not perfection.
We recommend:
-
Removing or reducing “Best to Limit” or level 3 items for 30–90 days
-
Rotating “Go Easy” foods rather than eating them daily
-
Continuing to enjoy tolerated foods without fear
This gives your system space to recalibrate.
5. This is a snapshot in time
Your report reflects your body as it is today — not who you are forever.
Things that can change results over time:
-
Gut health improvements
-
Reduced inflammation
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Hormonal balance
-
Lifestyle and stress shifts
That’s why many clients choose to retest periodically as part of an ongoing wellness strategy.
5. When to ask for support
If you’re unsure how to apply your results, or want help creating a realistic plan:
-
You’re not alone
-
You don’t need to do everything at once
-
Small, strategic changes often create the biggest wins
Our team is here to help you interpret your results in context, not in isolation. You can start with the sections showing more orange or red guidance. These areas often offer the greatest opportunity for meaningful improvement with small, practical adjustments.
You don’t need to address everything at once. Focus on one category at a time, beginning with the area that feels easiest or most relevant to your daily routine.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities - Know the Differences
Allergies — Your First Line of Defense
Food allergies represent the body’s first line of defense and should always be treated as non-negotiable. If you have a known food allergy, that food must be completely eliminated, regardless of what appears in your results. Allergies involve a direct immune response and require strict avoidance to protect your safety.
Your results do not assess, override, or replace allergy diagnoses or medical guidance.
Sensitivities — A Secondary, Adaptive Response
Sensitivities are different. They reflect how your body may respond to certain foods under specific conditions, such as frequency of intake, digestive capacity, immune load, lifestyle exposures or overall stress.
Unlike allergies, sensitivities are known to often be:
-
Dose-dependent
-
Context-driven
-
Changeable over time
This is why sensitivities are typically approached through temporary reduction, rotation, and support, rather than permanent elimination.
Why this matters
-
Allergies = first line of defense → eliminate entirely
-
Sensitivities = secondary adaptive response → adjust and reassess
Always prioritize medical advice and known allergies above all wellness insights. This report is designed to support informed, safe, and practical decision-making, not replace medical care.
