I have a yeast or fungi overgrowth, what do I do?
You can download the Next Steps Ebook located on the Members portal welcome page HERE, which will help you address Yeast overgrowth.
Candida is known to feed off refined carbohydrates and sugars. Adjusting your diet by eliminating or reducing sugars and carbohydrates may help eliminate or significantly reduce these foods, helping to lessen the overgrowth.
Vitamin C in copious amounts has also been known to help reduce Candida overgrowth. More information can be found by following the Candida Diet, as seen online.
