I am intolerant to a certain item, why is it green?
Reason 1: Intolerances can take between 3 - 5 days to show symptoms, sometimes weeks, months, or years!
A person can consume up to 100 individual items in a single day inclusive of herbs and hidden ingredients, so it may still be possible the suspected intolerance may not be the actual intolerance.
Scenario 1: You eat oatmeal every day for breakfast and use soy milk to cook the oatmeal. You suspect it's the oatmeal causing your bloating. Your results show that oatmeal is green but soy milk is red. In this case, it is soy milk that is the problem.
Reason 2: Unlike allergies, intolerances can be healed.
Scenario 1: You previously took a test that showed you had an intolerance to cow's milk. You then decided to avoid cow's milk for a period of time to improve your health. A few months later you take an intolerance test and discover that cow's milk is now green on your results. This can mean that your body managed to heal the intolerance to cow's milk.
