I don't know what some of these toxins are?
You will find the list of toxins and which products may contain them in your member's login portal. If you are still unaware of the sources of these toxins, then it is best to reduce toxin exposure as much as possible by following the helpful tips below.
Helpful tips:
- Wear protective clothing if gardening or around chemicals.
- Avoid scented candles and any unnecessary perfumes.
- Wash your raw food thoroughly, such as fruits and vegetables. Extra measures: decant your fruits and vegetables in a bowl and soak in bicarbonate of soda and water for 1 minute to help neutralize pesticides.
- Try and purchase organic where possible.

- Ensure animals and pets are cleaned and de-wormed where possible.
