I have a question about cocoa. "Cocoa powder" came up orange for me...does this mean refined cocoa powder and cacao powder too?
This would mean the consumption of cocoa powder singularly and at a volume of 100%. When we test each item we test it at 100% of the volume, or when it's mixed components we test them as mixed. For example, cocoa powder is just 1 substance at 100% whereas chocolate may contain 10% of cocoa powder, plus milk solids at 5%, cocoa butter at 5%, and so forth.
