I'm wondering why lactose is red and cows milk is green, soya beans red, soy sauce green
Cow's milk is not only made up of lactose, but it also contains, b-lactoglobulin, a-lactalbumin, nitrogen, lipids, and water. Soya beans contain a higher level of fiber than soy sauce and an inflamed gut lining can further aggravate the inflammation. Unlike allergies (which we do not test for) food intolerances can be healed by simply omitting the offending items for a period of 6 - 8 weeks and recalibrating the body holistically as much as possible. Some people choose to get retested after this period to see if they have managed to heal their intolerances.
