It appears I have a moderate-high deficiency of Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Streptomyces, and Streptococcus Thermophilus - is this corrected by taking supplements? If so, what dosage/frequency?
A lot of our clients take probiotics to try and rebalance their gut biome. The highly recommended probiotics would be "soil-based" probiotics as they can proliferate quicker and as such help to rebalance the gut much faster. There are also fermented foods as well things like kimchi, kombucha, etc. The dosage is very personal to the individual. We always suggest starting off slow and then gradually increasing after seeing how your body responds to the changes.
