It appears I have a moderate-high overgrowth of Candida Glabrata - is there anything specific I should do to remedy this?
When you received your results you should have received access to the members portal. Inside the login portal, you will find an ebook titled "Next Steps" - when you download this ebook it will give you the step-by-step process to address candida.
Overall candida tends to follow the same process:- Step 1: cut out sugar and refined carbohydrates.
- Step 2: Allow your body to rest and heal by obtaining quality sleep preferably between 10:30 am - 6 am.
- Step 3: Manage stress levels. The reason for managing the stress levels is that candida can also become overgrown when stress levels (whether emotionally, physically, or nutritionally) become too much. The body produces what is called cortisol which then signals to candida to grow.
