It says Cows Milk Yogurt is sensitive but Greek yogurt isn't. What's the difference?
Greek yogurt and cows milk yogurt have a different protein content. Greek yogurt has a higher protein content than cows milk yogurt and as such the way it reacts in each individual body is different, as such this may be the reason for the sensitivity. In addition, if enzymes, candida or the gut biome is imbalance this can also play a contributing factor to the way each individual food or drink is digested.
