It says I am red for black coffee. Does that mean I can drink it with milk and that's fine....just to not drink it black?
This is a great question, as when coffee is mixed with fat it can slow down caffeine absorption. However, for the purpose of healing, it may be best to either limit coffee and mix it with fat or to completely eliminate it altogether for a period of 6 - 8 weeks. The body is known to undergo cellular healing processes within a 6 - 8 weeks period and as such, intolerances can therefore be healed. Please note that however we do not test for allergies and as such, it may still be possible that a person is allergic to a particular item. This would require blood testing and it does not form part of our testing.
