Lactose is orange for me- isn’t that in milk? Milk is in the green though, which does not make sense to me.

Yes, lactose is found in milk, however, it also contains, b-lactoglobulin, a-lactalbumin, lactose, nitrogen, lipids, and water. Therefore it can contain only between 2 - 20% lactose. Whereas when we test lactose we test it at the volume of 100% - which in essence means that if cow's milk has an average of 10% lactose, you would have to be drinking 10 glasses of cow's milk per day in order to instigate an orange inflammatory response.
