What is Manchego Cheese?

Manchego is a traditional Spanish cheese made from the milk of Manchega sheep. Why Do I Have an Intolerance to Manchego Cheese?

An intolerance to Manchego cheese can be due to lactose intolerance, an inability to digest lactose, the sugar in milk and dairy products. This condition results from a deficiency of lactase, the enzyme needed to break down lactose.
