What is Monk Fruit?

Monk fruit, also known as Luo Han Guo, is a small green melon native to Southeast Asia. Its extract is used as a natural sweetener because it contains compounds called mogrosides, which are much sweeter than sugar but calorie-free and don't spike blood sugar levels.


Why do I have an intolerance to it?

Intolerance to monk fruit may arise if you have difficulty digesting certain natural sweeteners or experience sensitivity to the fruit’s compounds.
