My results show a deficiency in Sodium and sensitivity to Sea Salt. Is regular salt (iodized) then ok? It's not listed in the results. How would I address this deficiency?
This would indicate to me dehydration at the cellular level (surprisingly caffeine can be a huge culprit in this). I would recommend maybe cutting down coffee consumption as well as caffeine-related products and supplements for a period of 2 - 3 weeks at minimum. Naturally, your sodium levels may then have a chance to re-calibrate. In addition, you may wish to consume sodium-rich foods, to find these foods you can for sure google the information, or the next steps ebook in the portal can also offer you this information. Iodized salt can also help here.
