Questions on the Gluten vs. non-gluten section. Why are some ok and some are not?
This depends on the molecular structure of the items. (Molecular structure simply means how an item looks and is made up.) Due to the fact that we do not test for allergies, we look at the molecular structure of each item and then cross combine this information with the epigenetic information found in your hair sample.
Also to note; while gluten may be renowned for being a globally offending item for some people, in some cases it may be another protein found in grain food items called "gliadin" which has been known to cause some issues with some people.
