What is Kamut?
- Kamut is a grain that is commonly found in bread and salads and can be ground down into flour to produce pancakes.
- Kamut is known to contain Gluten.
- Kamut is known to contain less gluten among the other cereals and grains, however, it is also quite dense in other proteins.
- Having an intolerance to Kamut may be due to an imbalance in the gut biome, yeast, fungi, or digestive enzyme processes. It may also be a result of an inflamed digestive system.
