What is Beta Lactoglobulin?
- Beta Lactoglobulin is also a major whey protein found mostly in cow's and sheep's milk. It is used in making "whey protein" powders, bars, and snacks.
- It is possible that you may be intolerant to this item and not other dairy items. This is because the percentage of b-lactoglobulin found in certain dairy products and types may be too low to instigate an intolerance trigger.
