  • Heavy Whipping Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher-fat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization. Heavy Whipping Cream is commonly cream made from a cow, although goats and sheep's cream can be found. Heavy Whipping Cream is a common ingredient among many different culinary dishes as well as cakes and pastries. 
  • Heavy Whipping Cream contains 0 - 0.5% lactose. 
  • An intolerance to this item may indicate gut biome, yeast and fungi imbalance, or an inflamed digestive system. 
  • Heavy Whipping Cream also contains a large amount of fat. An imbalance in the digestive enzyme lipase, can also contribute to an intolerance.
