What is a-lactalbumin?
- A-lactalbumin is also known as Alpha-Lactabulmin, or "whey protein," and is found in some dairy products.
- Cow's milk, in particular, has a higher percentage of a-lactalbumin than other dairy products.
- It is possible that you may be intolerant to this item and not other dairy items. This is because the percentage of a-lactalbumin found in certain dairy products and types may be too low to instigate an intolerance trigger.
