What is Bacillus Coagulans, and how do I address this?

Bacillus Coagulans is a friendly bacteria and has been studied and found to help treat diarrhea and prevent candida infections. Candida is a yeast that we require in our body in certain amounts. However, candida can grow out of balance due to several factors. (Please see Yeast & Fungi section.) Some symptoms of candida being; digestive issues, skin and hair issues, and joint pain issues to name a few. 

Bacillus Coagulans can be found in fermented foods such as sauerkraut (homemade), kimchi, and yogurt.
