What is Manchego cheese?

  • Manchego cheese is made in the La Manchá region of Spain from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed. It is aged between 60 days and 2 years. 
  • Manchego cheese contains 0.35% lactose and Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Enterococcus, and Leuconostoc friendly bacteria. 
  • An intolerance to this item may indicate a gut biome, yeast, and fungi imbalance or, an inflamed digestive system.
