What do the "Average", "Below Average" and "Above Average" scores mean for each wellness category?
How Your Wellness Patterns Were Compared
To offer extra context and value, your wellness patterns were compared against a large set of 31,629 completely anonymized wellness test records processed between February and November 2024.
This comparison is not clinical, scientific, or diagnostic. Instead, it simply provides a wellness-level reference point to help you understand how your wellness patterns align with the general trends observed across our internal customer dataset.
Here’s how it works:
-
Our wellness technology system reviewed thousands of completely anonymized historic wellness reports (meaning all personal names and details were removed).
-
Within this internal wellness dataset, we observed the typical total number of Level 2 (orange) and Level 3 (red) items that most people naturally showed in each category —
such as foods & drinks, nutrients, everyday items, and gut-wellness items. -
Your results are then placed into these observed ranges using AI-assisted pattern grouping.
-
This gives you a contextual wellness comparison, showing how your patterns appear next to what is typically observed in our anonymized dataset.
What the comparison means:
-
Above Average
Fewer total red/orange items than the typical range → may reflect more stable bioenergetic wellness patterns in that category. -
Average
Similar number of red/orange items to what was commonly seen across the internal dataset. -
Below Average
More red/orange items than the typical range → may reflect comparatively higher bioenergetic wellness stress patterns in that category.
We spent time creating this wellness scoring system to solely provide additional wellness insights and customer value. It is not a clinical study, it is not research, and it is not intended to diagnose, evaluate, or validate health conditions or biological states. It simply helps you see how your unique wellness patterns compare within the broader population of individuals who completed the same type of general wellness assessment.
