      What is Wheat, Brown?

      • Wheat, (Brown) is brown wheat, also known as brown flour, commonly used in making "brown bread," "brown pasta," and other "brown" bakery goods. 
      • Wheat, (Brown), is known to contain Gluten. 
      • Brown flour includes some of the grain's germ and bran, while whole grain or wholemeal flour is made from the entire grain, including the bran, endosperm, and germ. 
      • Brown flour has a denser composition than white flour. 
      • An intolerance to this wheat may be due to the composition as outlined above, where there is an inflamed digestive system, or where there are imbalances in the gut biome, yeast, fungi, or digestive processes.
