Yogurt (Greek) is a popular yogurt that can be consumed on its own, or added into dips, sauces, and salads. 
  • Yogurt (Greek) contains 2 -4% lactose. Yogurt (Greek) also contains friendly bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus casei. 
  • An intolerance to this item may indicate gut biome, yeast and fungi imbalance, or an inflamed digestive system.
