When you have reactivity to a substance like iodine, but I also am deficient in it, how should I approach correcting the deficiency?
That is a great question. However, the way you can interpret your results is that anything under the sections "Vitamins, Minerals, Fatty Acids" if in red is classified as a deficit. Under the section "Heavy Metals" anything in red is classified as having a potential high reaction to the heavy metal component. Iodine under this section is a different form of iodine which is known as Iodine PVP. This is commonly found in sanitizers and washing up liquids.
