Why am I intolerant to foods I never consume?
In some cases, it bears no relevance if a food has been consumed or not. You may still be intolerant to a food which you do not often consume or never consume. The reason for this may be that the enzymatic processes required to break down that food are not working effectively in the body currently. This may be due to inflammation, genetics, toxins, imbalance of the microbiome, amongst other reasons.
