Why do I high deficiency in all the B vitamins?
This can be very common in the standard US diet. The standard US diet is known to contain high amounts of refined carbohydrates and sugars. The role of most of the B Vitamins is to convert glucose (sugars and refined carbohydrates) into energy. If there is a high amount of glucose to convert, then the B vitamins are being used more than they are being replenished.
We recommend adjusting your diet accordingly by lowering refined sugar and carbohydrates and increasing the consumption of B vitamin foods. Foods containing B vitamins are found in the next step ebook located in your member's login portal HERE.
Some people also opt for supplements in the vitamin B's they lack to replenish any lost stores in the body's cells.
