Why do "oats" show as "with gluten"?
Store bought and ready made mixed oats are known to contain fillers, some of these fillers being "Gluten."
Traditional "old fashioned" oats are not known to contain Gluten. If your results show you have an intolerance to "Oats - With Gluten" it is better to be safe and avoid all oats as part of your elimination diet plan.
