Can I use hairs that have fallen out or were pulled out instead of cut?

We do not advise using hairs from a brush/comb or those that have naturally fallen out. To ensure accurate results, please be sure to cut your hair as close to the root as possible and only provide the 0.5 inches that comes from closest to the root.
