How do I send my sample?

I understand that you would like to learn more about how to submit your sample for testing. If you purchased your test from Groupon, please log on to your myAFIL account and go to Step 2: Send My Sample -> My Test Instructions.

If you purchased an assessment kit, please follow the instructions on the post card within your kit to send your sample. If you automatically received a kit with your purchase, please follow the instructions within the booklet to submit your sample.
