What is Cow's milk?
- Cow's milk is the milk produced from cow's and is also commonly found in dairy-produced baked goods.
- Cow's milk contains 4 - 10% lactose. Cow's milk can also contain friendly bacteria such as Lactococcus, although much of the friendly bacteria may have been killed off in the homogenization and pasteurization process.
- An intolerance to this item may indicate gut biome, yeast and fungi imbalance, or an inflamed digestive system.
